I just wrote a letter to the DFG chastizing them for feigning bewilderment when the wildlife is starving. They predide over the massive depletion of our vital forage fish and they blame the starvation on 'ocean currents or storms' or some other ambiguous garbage.

Look at the link and you will see that one tiny port recieved over 1.5 MILLION pounds of sardines in less than one week!

According to the DFG, the extraction of literally hundreds of millions of pounds of squid, sardines and anchovies isn't even suspected in the pelican starvation.
