You have to keep it up front somewhere so it's just another thing in the way. I gives people a false sense of security thinking they are fully redundant when in fact their not, they don't supply enough air to come up from deep and do stops.
If somebody wants a true redundant system then a regular pony with a regular reg is the way to go.
I'm suprized people still buy those spare crap thingies.
