Seems most times around 45 degrees F, give or take. Summer surface layer around 30' or less will warm up to 55.. cooler below. In winters.. waters around 43-43. Once in a while may dip cooler.. but I'd say around 45. Definetly drysuit diving, and most divers wear drygloves too. Then its not bad.
