Both are fine. I have seen very good results from both. The results depend more on the operator than the camera.

You are making a common mistake and concentrating on the camera alone. Price out the whole system including housing, ports, lenses, strobes, and arms and make your decision based on the entire system, not just the camera.

I use an Olympus camera becasue the cost is much less. I get good results most of the time.
