John -

Observations from your photo:

Seaweed catchers:
- dangling compass on retractor (consider a bungee mount on wrist)
- light weight fins with straps (look into spring straps or duct tape your straps)
- carabineer of no particular purpose on right shoulder (lose it)

Other
- no snorkel (a problem with certain agency training)
- weight belt and wing buckles in same orientation (by feel, which would you release?)
- small fish (are you catching bait?) At least you didn't kill a sheephead
