This is great information and I am very interested in causes of accidents. We pound into our students even snorkeling "you are never than an arms length from your buddy" If they can't play by our rules, we pull them. Most of the time it is the adult chaperones that do not listen in our case. Our rules are you must end your dive with 500 psi. What was the major cause of the separated divers accident?
