Be prepared to double your maintenance and suit up time. Half your mobility underwater. Layering is essential. Use a very light cotton layer over a plush polyester layer for undergarments. Cotton is hydrophilic and will trap any water that seeps into the suit and not distribute it to the polyester layer underneath. If overweighted for beach dives the wear and tear on foot arches can be chronic.
