CHAMBER CHALLENGE 2010 - UPDATE #12 - $45,025 (posted 4/30/10 - last updated 4/26)

We made it past $45,000!!! And time is growing short . . .

This update is fueled by two Silver Sponsors. The first is a longtime support of our Chamber (and a member of the Women Divers Hall of fame), Jeanne Sleeper. Jeanne’s long been a pioneer in diving and she’s always recognized how important our Chamber is to local divers.

The second donation comes from an already-existing Silver sponsor, the La Verne Eco Dive Club, Their leader, Al Wiscovich, called and said they were able to raise an additional $500, so that will take them (ads you’ll note below) up to the Gold-sponsor level.

And we also want to acknowledge the collective efforts of the Los Angeles Underwater Photographic Society who entered an on-line donation of $350. It just goes to show the power of pooling donations together?

Our success is based on your generosity and your willingness to dig in and join the crowd of enlightened divers who not only value our Chamber, but are will to put a personal value on it.
