We hit Aliso beach thur night and made the long swim to the pipe. Vis is improving, we had a clean 15' of vis at 71', surf was low and surge was light, but water temp at 70'is still a chilly 53 degrees, 58 shallow. The pipe attracts large schools of fish, Sand Bass and perch being the most numerous, and huge gardens of Gorgonians, a very nice dive.
