Posted by Captain Kevin on May 28, 2010 at 19:51:44: Gov. Linda Lingle signed Hawaii's SB 2169 this afternoon, which bans the possession, sale, trade, and transfer of shark fins statewide. This is a hugely significant event in shark and ocean conservation, and we applaud Hawaii's leadership and courage!!
