The Magician often runs trips on Wednesdays, but they are most often to Catalina, not the oil rigs.

For a midweek dive trip to the oil rigs your best bet would be one of the smaller boats - they tend to have the most flexible scheduling and trips. These would be the "Second Stage" or the "Psalty V"
