Resting on a silt bottom in 80 fsw, the old platform still serves a useful purpose. Countless scorpion fish perch on the huge tanks and strips of net lying in the sand. There's no shortage of decorator crabs resting on the frame.

Copious invertebrate life outnumbers the various species of nudibranch we've found so far. Today we saw several Aegires albopunctatus, which remind me of a rubbery shag carpet.

Toward the end of the dive, I was delighted to find myself in the middle of a mini-jelly snowstorm. These guys were absolutely minute, and impossible for my eyes to focus on, let alone the camera.

However, as we ascended, small siphonophores and tiny jellies kept us busy trying to do them justice in pixels. We didn't succeed, but it was a lot of fun!
