Only eat lobster locally caught and avoid so-called 'specials' and 'sales'. Ask where your seafood came from and if the answer isn't known or evasive, pass on the food.

Pay a fair price; its only right.

I heard about this in 1998, my last year for a lobster dinner at a restaurant.
