The conditions are still off in Laguna. We fought surf, surge and massive kelp growth at Cress st in Laguna. The water temp on the surface was nice at 65 degrees, with vis up to 20', but bug grabbing was tough with the 3-4' surf and surge. We got some bugs, but are still waiting for nice conditions to return to Laguna.
