Yep, you are totally right. Capt Tim shouldn’t have anything to complain about. He chose to deal with this outfit.

If I were a boat captain, I would never pencil in a shop or club on the calendar for a charter without any form of non-refundable deposit and firm cancellation policy. No way. Business is business. If a shop, or club is unable to fork up a deposit….the red flags of caution should be waived.
