Thanks for the clarification. I'm glad to hear that the no-anchoring restriction in this area appears to be unlikely at this point.

Thanks also for representing divers' interests along with Steve. I'm sorry I'm late to the game on this issue.

I'll see if I can get some time off to attend the hearings next month and I'm definitely writing a letter to the commission expressing my views.
