The course is comprehensive, with a lot of lecture material, skin diving (both in pool and ocean) followed by scuba dives (pool & ocean) My girlfriend took this course in 2009 and it worked out very very well. Takes a bit longer and more effort than your standard class these days but builds up a lot of in-water confidence and skill. Nick |
