Ocean Gear in Huntington Beach and Scuba World in Orange are the two remaining NAUI shops in OC and have been around a long time. Ocean Gear teaches the scuba classes at various high schools and Scuba World teaches the Fullerton College class. Both shops run courses for the general public as well.
