I dove Little Farnsworth and the Valiant yesterday on Sundiver Express. At both sites, there were these bizarre hollow sausages. They were translucent, somewhat pinkish-grey, about 8" long, closed on one end and open on the other, with yellowish dots inside the walls, and translucent knobs all over the outside of the sausage. There was no obvious "mouth" or anus.

Steve Roquemore posted some pictures of these strange critters in the Facebook "Explorers January 2011 boat dive" album.

I can't find a photo or description in any of my books. Any ideas?
