Does anybody go out there besides NOAA? I would do almost anything to dive those waters.

Next best is Midway, which was closed but I see there are a few group applicants to go to the island this year, but no mention of diving, and it's unclear to me how these groups will get there as I see no regular flights. Maybe they are chartering.
