OML closed to public at night?

Does anyone know if OML is now closed to public access at night? Two divers I know were turned away by Terranea security last night at 11pm. The security guard claims there are signs posted to this affect all over the property. I dove there during the day last week and didn't see any new signs. If this is true it is a shame. It's one of my favorite night dives because of the vast amount of color all over the rocks. If anyone has any information please let me/us know! Thanks.
