I have no idea where this is coming from but actually the system worked really well here. 3 different agencies coordinated here to make 3 separate arrests. They confiscated 2 cars and 3 sets of gear from the outset and we'll see what happens when they appear before the judge. They don't appear and it'll go to warrant. As for saying they were forced into this by any financial situation, that's just kind of odd and I just don't get how you can describe this guy as being at the end of his rope? It's not like the guy was stealing food to feed his family. He rented kayaks and took 55 reds in 2 hours. He's a restaurant supplier, not an out of work assembly worker.
