I'm not talking about the agencies that busted him three times, that's all fine.
I DO think the guy is at the end of his rope. Who else in their right mind would repeat an offense like this in three weeks time unless they needed the money that bad.
Yeah the guy is selling to restaurants and black market duh!
It's the best money around for very little penalty.
If there were jobs around for this guy to do why would he risk losing cars, gear, get fined, and potentially do time down the road?
