I think the estimate for the implementation of the closures is around 30 million dollars, sounds like a massive closure to me. Last I checked the state is broke and putting employees on furlough, good luck finding the wardens to enforce this. I hate poachers and have always followed the game laws. I am for the conservation of our fisheries and just think this thing was not done right, and hopefully that will be proven in due time. Pollution a farce, each storm washes oil, plastic, fertilizer and sewage onto local reefs, 30 mil to help control this sounds good to me.
