Mark Tulin was one of those individuals who will live on. If not by gracing the world with his physical presence, in our memories.

The organizers of the Avalon Underwater Cleanup will hopefully have a Mark Tulin, "something appropriate" in his memory, incorporated into the future Avalon Harbor clean-ups. Something to help fill the void left by his passing. A way for his special spirit to live on.
