Karl called me earlier with the sad news. Mark was one of the genuine good guys of the industry. He was gracious, smart, sharing and most of all had an incredible sense of humor.

One of my favorite Mark stories was when I was training to work at the chamber and he was stresing the importance of focusing on the symptoms and recalled a story about a woman that arrived at the chamber without 1 sign or symptom of DSC but yet her computer was indicating she was bent, so Mark promptly threw her computer into the chamber and treated the computer.

Mark, you were a great guy, you will be missed so R.I.P.
