FYI, the current tends to change from south to north about 12:30
so you can head out from Pirates Cove, dive and then make it back OK.
Always be ready to bail there though and save some air for coming back.
It is sand between the pinnacles and the rocks though (even if you can't see it),
so if you want, you can do a rock exit.
