| Eurylepta leoparda (Polyclad Flatworm) at Santa Catalina Island, California |
|
Posted by Chris on March 29, 2011 at 09:53:57: Saturday March 19, 2011 I was diving at Santa Catalina Island, California aboard the Great Escape. On the last dive of the trip in Eel Cove I came across several interesting flatworms in the sand in 20-30 ft. All were Eurylepta leoparda of which the biggest I found was only about 1 cm in length. Most of the pictures I took were of the largest Eurylepta leoparda I encountered.
