Brent, these guys are right as far as your motives. If ya wanna chat with your gal, an OTS System will cost about $3,000 for 2 masks and 2 Comms devices. And a serious pool session or 2 for both of y'all to learn Don and Doff skills...

I had my eye on OTS before we @ ODA got a deal. I simply wanted an FFM mask to talk to my video housing and narrate my videos real time. The Guardian and it's accessories enable me to do that. I came to love the warm air and full face seal of a FFM in our cold waters. I also like the no Reg to chew on factor. I dive FFM for most dives in Rec depths now. Comms aren't an issue, I never got mine to chat with my buddy, and didn't care much for the deck chatter from the boat.
