Granted, I only looked at two out of the dozens we saw, and there were crustaceans in the traps - bugs, NOT crabs. Nary a crab to be seen. Nary a warden to be seen. Does some one check on this "by-catch"?

Maybe we should require the traps to have signage - No Lobster - Crabs ONLY. That should work...

So you fish the same type traps with the same bait in the same location where you catch lobster and all of a sudden you're catching rock crabs - sounds like a plan.
