We dived Main Beach Laguna thur night to look for Halibut. Conditions were nice, The whole area is a massive kelp bed now, surf was 1-3', vis was 10-15', temp at 64 shallow, and 58 degrees at 60' on the Main beach pipe. We saw 1 legal Halibut at 23" but passed it up for larger fish. We also saw a couple short White Sea Bass and the water is starting to shift to the summer mode with many Croakers and Mackeral moving into the shallows, a good dive.
