thur night dive Redondo Canyon

Conditions were pretty good last night in Redondo. 1-2' surf, some wind chop, 57-60 degree water, even at 70' in the canyon, vis was from 5' to 15', lots of divers in the water. I got covered by a large school of Yellowfin Croaker in the shallows, perhaps a hundred fish, by far the largest school of these fish I have seen. Got a legal Halibut, 27" 8lb fish. Conditions are improving.
