Ross was not swindled, but I would feel the same way if I found out that another charter had a more customer friendly policy.

Ya know, it's like you find out when you get the cheque that they charged you for the coke refills when most places don't. Huh? says you. They are in their right, but you feel slighted.

Word gets around, I will ask if I ever find myself in that situation.
