Nice pictures Chris. I have seen only 2 live ones off of San Clemente Is years ago. However I see their dead shells occasionally out in the rubble. If you see the dead shells they must be in that area. They usually can be found (live) under rocks like their warm water cousins and I imagine they are more noticeable at night!
