Check out the Sundiver Express out of Long Beach. They go out all the time and have open boats anyone can sign up for. Check out their website at www.sundiver.net and click on the Sundiver Express for schedule (they have three boats, but usually take the Express out to the Riggs). You can also check with some of the local dive shops. I know Hollywoodivers goes out quite often. Enjoy the trip once you go. It's amazing on the Riggs.
