Posted by Kevin Sullivan on September 06, 2011 at 18:52:23: I am ecstatic to be able to post here that this afternoon, the California took a historic step and PASSED AB 376, banning the possession, sale, and trade of shark fins in the State of California. The significance of this bill in terms of real shark conservation world wide is staggering. My congratulations to Assemblymen Paul Fong and Jared Huffman, who co-authored the bill. These gentlemen are heros in my book!!
