We've formed partnerships with Save Our Shores and O'Neill Sea Odyssey, which are going to help get out the word - both among divers and kayakers. We may be doing a drift dive with two boats (not dive boats) providing surface support, but either way we're recruiting kayakers as escorts and also possibly to haul a couple of extra tanks.

One of the other organizers has also been gathering depth profile data ahead of the October dive, but I don't know what he's come up with yet. If you want more information on logistics (I'm more involved in doing outreach and getting the word out), contact Brian Wright at brian@divethecoast.com. He's with a group down in Los Angeles called Hardcore Dive Team.
