OK I understand why I cannot have in my home more than either 14 or 21 caught local lobsters. Is it then illegal for me to go to fish markets and buy 35 local lobster for big bbq party and have them at my home? I will have more than legal limits in my possession but I did not get the lobsters diving or not without understanding of the fishing licenses.
