I've said for a long time, that otters are the only animal more destructive than humans. Cute? Yes? To be encouraged? NO!
I've done a lot of diving between Pismo and Big Sur. I can assure you, you do not want otters to get to So Cal. You
would no longer recognise it. They don't have size or take limits.
