1. Professional installation. I never do an amateur install job.
2. I wash it really well inside and out when I get it home.
3. Once the suit is dry, I keep it in a bag, not in the garage. Car and diesel fumes and stuff seem to be deadly to latex seals.
4. They say it doesn't work, but, I use "seal saver" as my lube instead of powder. My seals generally last a very long time and I rarely even have to change the zip seals.
