I saw it from a few feet away and thought it was a yellow sulpher sponge. I was hoping to find a Tylodina fungina. As I approached, it looked more like sandcastle worms attached to the reef, except yellow. I didn't see the animal until I downloaded my camera. The shell was about two inches long.
