You do not see the importance of this? These guys had about my yearly total bug take in one night. If this happens even a few times during the year local reefs can be depleted of bugs MPA,S or not. Stats show that this is probably not the first time these individuals have done this. Multiple violators should have a lifetime ban from SCUBA cert, that may help stop the poachers. What do the MPA's have to do with this? with large areas closed to the take of game, poachers just may view the areas as untouched game populations ripe for the taking, just a theory.
