Hawthorne reef was surprisinly clean today. 30-35 feet, the first dive was 50 degrees. Coooold!!! Highlight was, a mola mola cleaning station. Why did I have to see that at the end of the dive? Phil and Merry aboard the No Pressure dropped by and anchored next to up for the second dive. The wind died down and the temp jumped to a balmy 54 degrees.

Then it was off to 1500 feet of water and pelagic drifters. A mola did come by to say hi at the end of my dive.

Great winter day of diving in SoCal.
