Had a great encounter last night bug hunting CDM jetty. Low vis, 54 degree water, got a couple legals, but I had what looked like a very pregnant Harbor Seal using my light to pick off shiner surf perch for an easy meal. Looks like it had done this before and got a few easy morsels. I accepted this tactic and welcomed a nice hunting buddy for the dive.
