I first met Roger somewhere around 1995 or so. While I had heard
of him, I was pleasantly suprised to find he was not at all the
gruff person I was lead to believe. He was a wealth of knowlege
I had tapped over the years sice then. He was truely an icon in
the training and boat charter industry. My condolences to his
surviving family.
