The Cotol used as an accelerant with Aquaseal is not just Toluene.
It also contains Dibutyltin Dilaurate. I dug up the MSDS a while
back. I think the second is actually the accelerant. I've thined
Aquaseal with straight Toluene and it didn't seem to accelerate
it.

Be VERY careful with Toluene. It has flash point just above a
warm day.
