Please vote using Google Chrome or Mozillas Fire Fox only (Explorer for some reason does not work) by April 27th for the documentary by DR. Debra Hill on the Disabled Veterans SCUBA Project “From Bullets To Bubbles”. This award winning film (has already won other contest) runs about 22 minutes and is exceptionally well done. My thanks to Dr. Debra Hill and her team for making this wonderful film.

Note Windows Internet Explorer 9 for 64 bit or 32 bit WILL NOT WORK to vote on the video, it hangs up and finds an old copy that you cannot vote on and then gives you a link to vote that does not work.
