What a nice selection of different siphonophores, Walter! At 0:34, you captured something that I can’t identify, as well as something else at 1:10. The first one is fairly common nearshore, but its blob of a shape is easily overlooked. Any ideas what it is?

Here are a couple stills of your 0:34 critter. It has some pretty intriguing internal parts, and was fairly abundant this weekend.

So far, we've seen only the smaller gelatinous zooplankon this year and we’re waiting impatiently for the big stuff. Thank you for posting another enjoyable video.
