Kendall, fishing for deep rockfish and bass is a crap shoot, you never know what you're gonna' get on your line(hook)?? I agree it's stupid but maybe NOT lazy??

Ignorance of the law is "No Excuse", I agree, BUT is reasonable between the "Sport Boats" and recreational gang, I feel it will take a few years for us all to be educated and considerate of our off shore neighborhoods.

I jus' don't find us all, or fisherfolks as Stupid and Lazy....
