I think in this case Kendall is right. It's a blunt way of putting it but clearly the folks here were either stupid or lazy. This wasn't a case where they appear to have been fishing for "deep rockfish." That's an assumption on your side. They took and kept a fish they couldn't identify. I'm sorry but that is lazy and irresponsible. Why do we need a few years to be educated about things we should know when we accept the responsibility of buying a fishing license?

He didn't try to label the whole fishing community. You took that large step yourself.
